James Graves and Associates produce Technical Documentation that Works! For over 20 years we have written and produced technical documentation for computer and engineering systems for management, technical, and end users from raw data. The raw data is converted into meaningful information and presented in a usable style and format (including websites) that enables the readers to make more knowledgeable and productive decisions.
Data is gathered from research, interviews, engineering drawings, and documentation. Front-end analysis, organization, presentation, and usability testing is performed for print and web presentation. We accept systems documentation assignments to write, organize, and manage Information Systems or Engineering Systems documentation for Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and/or Training for Internet/intranet viewing and/or print. We are experienced in working with financial institutions, Department of Defense prime contractors, manufacturers, software developers, research, and training organizations.
